Any return request you must send an email to info@sknutrition.com.au within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to the following requirements to be eligible for a return: - Unopened within its original packaging - In as new condition - Returned to us at your own expense unless problem with product We do not accept returns for opened / used products if: - you received what you ordered and simply changed your mind, or - you misused the products in any way that caused the problem.
