Boost Remix contains Sodium, Potassium and Magnesium combined with Maltrin (M100), Dextrose and Sucrose to form the electrolyte and energy source. Then on top of these crucial ingredients, Ultra Filtered NZ Whey Protein Isolate (WPI), extra Glysine and Taurine (which are renowned water volumizing amino acids) have been added in a serving size appropriate to synergistically provide a quick protein source to complement the electrolytes required by extreme endurance athletes.
